OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Firm Tech Services has full assurance of extensive range of services we offer (SEO Optimization, Web design & development, Logo & Branding, Mobile App Development) and we are devoted to providing professional and reliable services. Our goal is to establish a lasting, beneficial & good relationship with our clients. We look forward to providing what our clients demand from us and deliver the best practices with guarantee results and fund back policy.
Firm Tech Services offers an extremely flexible policy for your payments in return to our services. We offer two weeks maximum time frame, starting from the day the services have been fully provided for any kind of reclamation of payments that have already been done. After the given two-week time period no return or refund of any sort of payments will be done. All of the sales are final, there will be no third-party payments involved and clients will be responsible in case of any loss connected with the third party.
Firm Tech Services offers month to month verification of the services. clients are obliged to inform 30 days before cancellation of services. Our Search Engine Optimization service has 30 days minimum time depending on the nature of optimization. Seeking for web development services full payment can be done at the ending of the project however half payment will be charged upfront. If a client does not want to proceed in hiring our services, the upfront payment will not be refunded. Firm Tech Services does not hold the accounts for auto-billing its fees to the credit card as provided by the clients or invoice clients for any sort of payment.
Firm Tech Services's cancellation/refund policy is subject to changes without previous notice. We support our clients to revisit this page frequently for any revised terms that might have been developed along with the changes of services.
Confidential information shall mean any information disclosed by one party to the other party, in any form including without limitation documents, business plans, source code, software, technical/financial/marketing/customer/business information, specifications, analysis, designs, drawings, data, computer programs, any information relating to personnel or Affiliates of a party and include information disclosed by third parties at the direction of a Disclosing Party and marked as confidential within 15 days of such disclosure. Confidential Information shall however, exclude any information which
(i) is/ was publicly known or comes into public domain
(ii) is received by the Receiving Party from a third party, without breach of this Agreement
(iii) was already in the possession of Receiving Party, without confidentiality restrictions, at the time of disclosure by the Disclosing Party
(iv) is permitted for disclosure by the Disclosing Party in writing
(v) independently developed by the Receiving Party without use of Confidential Information
(vi) is required to be disclosed by the Receiving Party pursuant to any order or requirement from court, administrative or governmental agency, provided that the Receiving Party shall give the Disclosing Party prompt written notice of such order or requirement and an opportunity to contest or seek an appropriate protective order. The Receiving Party agrees not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose except for conducting business with the Disclosing Party, or otherwise agreed in writing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Deliverables. The rights, title and interest in and to the Deliverables shall be granted to the Customer only upon receipt of full payment by the Consultant. To the extent that the Deliverables incorporates Consultant pre-existing intellectual property (“Consultant Pre-existing IP”), and such Consultant Pre-Existing IP are necessarily required for the proper functioning of the Deliverables Consultant grants to Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to use such Consultant Pre-Existing IP solely along with the Deliverables.
